Private questions stay private.
Tarot Poem collects only the information needed to operate the reading experience, understand aggregate traffic, and save readings when you choose to sign in. The question you type before a reading is never sent to the account database or analytics system.
01 / WHAT WE COLLECT
A limited set of product data
Anonymous use may create a random visitor and session identifier and record page path, language, selected spread or card, referral campaign, broad device type, and country supplied by the hosting network.
When you sign in, we store the identity supplied by ChatGPT, membership role, last visit, and readings you choose to complete: card slugs, orientation, spread, language, date, and favorite status. We do not store your typed question.
02 / WHY WE USE IT
Operation and improvement
We use this data to restore account readings across devices, secure the administrator workspace, understand which pages and campaigns are useful, diagnose failures, and improve the draw flow.
03 / YOUR CHOICES
Control remains visible
You can use the core reading without signing in. Signed-in users can favorite or delete saved readings from the account page and can sign out at any time. Shared result links contain the cards and spread, never the private question.
04 / RETENTION AND SHARING
No sale of personal data
We retain operational and account data only while it remains useful for the purposes above. Tarot Poem does not sell personal data. Hosting and authentication providers process limited information only to deliver the service.
